Track I

Brand and Growth Strategy Track I

Gain Clarity with a Brand Strategy

Does your organization stand out from others? Could your brand message be stronger? Does your new offering have product-market fit? This track strengthens your organization’s positioning and sharpens your brand message. Through interactive workshops, we will refine your offerings, understand your audiences’ needs and barriers, deep dive into the competitive landscape, and develop a compelling ‘elevator pitch’ that articulates your value proposition and benefits. Your Brand Strategy is the first step in the foundational work required to gain clarity and growth, and will serve as a filter for all organizational decisions to pass through.

Track II

Strategic Planning Track II

Gain Loyalty with a Customer or Donor Strategy

A Customer Strategy (or Donor Strategy for non-profits) will help you deepen customer relationships to drive greater retention, monetization, and loyalty. After performing a customer health analysis, we’ll begin by establishing customer goals and reverse-engineer our plans to achieve them. We’ll identify what your customers value, create solutions and benefits to meet them, and map out the ideal customer journey. Typically, 80% of an organization’s revenue is driven by 20% of their customer base, so we will also create a strategy to convert customers into VIPs. At the conclusion of this track, you’ll have an action plan to improve the overall customer experience and achieve customer loyalty.

  • Time Commitment: 5-6x 1.5 hour workshops, plus board reviews (optional).

  • Deliverable: 25- 30 page Customer or Donor Strategy PowerPoint deck.

  • Best suited for: Organizations looking to improve customer loyalty or improve their CRM; non-profits looking to increase donor giving and retention.

Track III

Grow Effectively with a Marketing & Comms Plan

Are you ready to scale customers and revenue? Do you need help activating marketing channels or optimizing your marketing budget? Now that you’ve completed the foundational work in Track I: Brand Strategy and Track II: Customer Strategy, you’re ready to accelerate growth. We’ll create strategies and tactics following a marketing funnel framework to acquire the highest quality leads, convert them into first-time customers, nudge “one-and-done” customers into repeat customers, and finally into loyal advocates. In this track, we’ll create a detailed marketing, communications, and content plan to engage and convert customers.

  • Time Commitment: 6x 1.5 hour workshops, plus board reviews (optional).

  • Deliverable: 30-40 page Marketing & Comms Plan PowerPoint deck.

  • Best suited for: Companies or non-profits looking to scale marketing efforts.
