Meet Helen Schmid.

Helen is the founder of My Strategy Mentor. Prior to founding My Strategy Mentor in 2021, Helen was the Director of Marketing Strategy at Walmart Corporate. For over a decade, Helen launched and scaled over a dozen new brands and led high-growth teams at Walmart, Amazon, L’Oreal, as well as several tech and e-commerce start-ups from seed-round to post-acquisition life stages. She has spoken at multiple conferences and was published in the Harvard Business Review. Helen is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business.

In 2020, Helen began volunteering as an advisor at a non-profit. This experience ignited a passion to help missional organizations grow, steward their resources well, and change the world – so My Strategy Mentor was born.

In her personal time, Helen loves sharing the message of generosity as a board member of Women Doing Well, a ministry that activates women towards purposeful giving. Helen has shared her generosity story on The Finish Line Podcast and was featured in the book 31 Gospel Patrons.

Helen and her husband Ben reside in the Philadelphia suburbs with their two young children.
